Kim De Lutis,
founder/trainer/
instructor

Cycling has afforded me many gifts including strength, friendship, and the ability to face life’s challenges as easily as completing a century (or four). As a strength trainer and indoor cycling instructor since 2002, I’ve met many inspiring people motivated to improve their health and fitness. On October 1, 2019, my husband John and I opened RIDE Indoor Cycling to help everyone in our community get fitter, healthier, and waaayyy happier. Whether you’re new to exercise or a competitive cyclist, RIDE is for YOU and will get you in the best shape of your life.

A certified kettlebell coach, I offer LIFT classes as well as private personal strength training.

A certified Parkinson’s Cycling Instructor, I offer one-on-one PD Cycling as well as personal strength training. Contact me at ridelittleton@gmail.com

Reason I RIDE: For safe, low-impact, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and SIT (sprint interval training); to be strong and the best version of myself (pre, peri, and now) post menopause; to be in a good mood; to improve metabolic, mitochondrial, and cardiac health; to live my best life by delaying aging and disease. And I want to help you do the same.

RIDE Style: Power Training with watts is a real game-changer to individualize your workouts and track improvements. My instruction adapts to each member as I watch and cue you so that you understand how to have the best workout. I love music. And I’ve been known to use “metric counting” which is basically a rude way of saying that I can’t count the seconds of a sprint accurately. Not true, but come and see for yourself.

Certifications: Kettlebell Instructor L1 Agatsu Fitness; Kettlebell Kings Fundamentals; ACE Approved Parkinson’s Cycling Coach (Special Populations Fitness, LLC.); Cycling Fusion® L1 Indoor Cycling; Cycling Fusion L2 Heart Zones® Training; Cycling Fusion L3 Power Training; Keiser Indoor Group Cycling; Mad Dogg Spinning® L2 Instructor; CPR-certified.

Past cert: International Association of Resistance Trainers Strength Coach (2002-2015)

Outside RIDE: I love spending time with my husband, two adult kids, my fabulous friends and family, and my precious cat. Thanks for pickin’ up what we’re puttin’ down at RIDE.

Stacey Doll

Instructor

I’m a true believer that life is about the journey, not the destination, and that we should strive to make every RIDE an amazing journey. I became a certified Spinning® instructor over a decade ago, and recently recertified to get back in the saddle at RIDE. I love to ski, hike, cruise on my stand-up paddle board, and mountain bike. Indoor cycling — hands down — makes you better at any sport you love.

Reason I RIDE: To stay strong (and sane!)

RIDE Style: Strength is my jam. I like to push the gear on climbs because — are there ANY flat roads in NH? That doesn’t mean we’ll always go slow; “Ride it like you stole it” is my mantra, so heads up. My goal is to see you smiling and sweaty at the end, and hear you say, “That was an awesome RIDE.”

Certifications: Mad Dogg Spinning® L2 Instructor; Cycling Fusion® L3 Power Training; 500 E-RYT yoga instructor; CPR/Wilderness First Aid

Outside RIDE: I’m Executive Director of Root to Rise the permaculture education nonprofit organization. I also run Rooted by Stacey, which provides permaculture and mindfulness consulting and guidance.

Gal Potashnick

Instructor

Coming from a distance–road riding background, I fell in love with instructing indoor cycling in 2015 when Kim convinced me to try it, and I’ve never looked back. I dial into my passion for helping people of all sizes and fitness levels in accessible, joyful ways to create a mindful and fun RIDE every time. Whether your goal is to level up your training or simply move b/c it feels good, you’ll walk out feeling amazing and having improved your health. Having struggled with disordered eating for years, I’m actively working at becoming a weight-neutral instructor. That just means the goals and the language that I use are focused on creating a connection with your body and mind. RIDE is a wonderful, inclusive community, and I am so lucky to have a place to share what I’ve learned and continue to learn. I’ve also learned that being open to trying is the biggest gift you can give yourself.

Reason I RIDE: Hands down, I. Just. Love. Cycling. It’s a solo sport that doesn’t trigger my competitive side and allows me to show up and control my level of intensity. I use movement to quiet my brain and reduce anxiety. Over the years, I’ve tried indoor and open water swimming; indoor and outdoor sport climbing; distance road riding; MMA; Strongman; running; and weights. I LOVE to move and figure out what works for me (and doesn’t) and I always come back to biking.

RIDE Style: Low-key assassin, music on point, badass instructor. I’ll help you figure out how to listen to your body so you can build mental and physical strength on and off the bike. For those craving the technical, we always work on making every pedal stroke count and building consistently for real gains. We work on hills, flats, speed, power, and technique; you’ll never get bored and with consistency, you’ll build season to season.

Certifications: Cycling Fusion® L1 Indoor Cycling; Cycling Fusion® L2 Heart Zones® Training; Cycling Fusion® L3 Power Training.

Outside RIDE: In April 2023, I went out on my own and opened Canopy Consulting, an organizational development consulting business. I help companies and non-profits navigate the opportunities and challenges of growth and transition; think strategically about goal setting and planning for the future; and foster healthy, equitable, and supportive workplaces for all.

Emily Kelly

Instructor

I haven’t always been an athlete. In my mid-30s I wanted to make some positive changes slowly over time, and began with small goals. When I ran my first 2 miles without stopping, I never looked back. Since then, I’ve taken up road biking and swimming, setting goals I would never have seen myself doing 20 years ago. I was inspired by so many that have led me down an incredible path. I’ve completed the 3 Lake Placid Ironman races; several marathons, half marathons and triathlons; Tough Mudders; Spartan Beast; and multiple local, short-course running events. My parents, husband, and two kids inspire me every day to be the best version of me.
You’re never too old to try something new, and any thing is possible when the work is put in. I always hope my story inspires others. Volunteer at a race and it will sure change your mindset forever.
Indoor cycling offers anyone a fantastic workout whether it’s your primary exercise or a cross-training activity. For cardiovascular health, strength and endurance at any level, beginner or competitive athlete.

Reason I RIDE: To be strong, healthy, and improve cardiovascular health.

RIDE Style: Serious, but sweet. My favorite types of rides are variety! I include strength, endurance, and HIITs into my rides. I love creating choreography with music that has fun rhythms and inspiring songs to push through a challenging workout.

Certifications: Precision Nutrition Sports and Exercise Nutrition L1; Cycling Fusion® L1 Indoor Cycling; Cycling Fusion L2 Heart Zones® Training; Cycling Fusion L3 Power Training; CPR certified.

Outside RIDE: I’m a Board Certified Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Certified Practitioner for North Country Women’s Health at Littleton Regional Healthcare.

Kathi Nelson
Instructor

A Florida native (yes, I still miss the beach), I traded palm trees for mountain views when I headed north to raise my family in Littleton. I’ve been part of RIDE since it opened in 2019, and it’s changed my life in all the right ways. The workouts challenge me, the music lifts me, and the people—this community—keep me coming back. After experiencing all that RIDE has given me, I knew I wanted to give something back. Becoming an instructor felt like the next step, and I couldn’t be more excited to be giving strong RIDEs to the people who inspired me from day one.

Reason I RIDE: To stay strong, clear my mind, and remind myself what I’m capable of. Every RIDE leaves me more centered, more grateful, and a lot sweatier than when I started.

RIDE Style: My classes are built on connection and strength—steady climbs, a few fiery sprints, and that sweet moment when the beat takes over and you forget you’re working so hard. I love blending challenge with fun and helping you find that extra gear you didn’t know you had. You’ll leave smiling, spent, and proud of yourself.

Certifications: Cycling Fusion® L3 Indoor Cycling

Outside RIDE: I work full-time as an executive assistant at Garnet Hill, where no two days are ever the same. I’m mom to three amazing kids in their twenties, and I share life with two dogs and a husband who pushes me on the bike trails. When I’m not riding, I’m probably swinging a kettlebell with Kim and the friends I’ve made here—because RIDE has a way of turning workouts into lifelong connections.

Evaline Parker

Instructor

Reason I RIDE: What can I say?  I just can’t stop instructing! I have a passion for fitness along with many other things on this journey of life here on earth. Indoor cycling has been a passion of mine since I met Kim almost two decades ago, and I love the RIDE community she has built up here. I became certified back then and was an instructor for many years. I am honored to be back in the saddle here at RIDE with a new certification under my belt.

RIDE style: Another reason I got into instructing indoor cycling is the beat of the music. I am a lover of most styles of music. I love incorporating that into every RIDE I choreograph for a class. You’ll find me climbing hills, coming down the hills, and rocking through the flats with current hits or some deep dives that you may not have heard before. I enjoy giving people a ride that opens them up to new music and entertains them while mimicking an outside riding experience.

Certifications: Cycling Fusion® L3 Power Training.

Outside RIDE: When I’m not in the saddle, I can be found doing many other things. I have a passion for another type of cycling—upcycling furniture, which I sell at my local store, Revive 365NH. I’m also a new grandmother (Gigi) to a set of identical twin boys. I also keep busy with my husband, who is an owner of a local contracting firm, helping his clients design their spaces.  I hope to see you across from me in one of the other saddles!

Seasonal instructor

Working out began as an outlet for me in high school. Once I started college, I knew I wanted to continue exercising to keep me sane through transitioning from a small NEK town to a bigger college. I first started indoor cycling on a Pelton in my schools gym, then I moved to classes offered and fell in love with the class dynamic. I decided to do something I never thought I would do and get my teaching certification! Now I have been teaching since January 2025 and have loved every minute of it!

Reason I RIDE: To listen to great music, have fun, workout, and stay sane!

RIDE Style: My rides always revolve around the music I’m playing, whether it’s climbs or choreographed songs! I love to do themed playlists and ride to the beat of the music, I really makes the class fly by!

Certifications: NETA Indoor Cycling, CPR.

Outside RIDE: I am a currently a student at Syracuse University studying Communication Science and Disorders, and will be going to graduate school for Speech-Language Pathology! Outside of the craziness of classes I love to crochet, go on adventures with my friends, and hang out with my dogs Nola and Jester.

Abbie McCusker
Seasonal instructor

I’ve always loved being active—from competitive gymnastics to track and field hockey, movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. In recent years, I have found a new passion for trail running—tackling the Presidential Traverse multiple times and, in the fall of 2025, running the 30-mile Pemi Loop. I love testing my limits and finding strength in the outdoors. Cycling became the perfect complement to my training—it keeps me fit between seasons, builds endurance, and leaves me feeling energized and strong.

Reason I RIDE: To stay healthy and strong, to inspire others to do the same, and to remind myself that I’m always stronger than I think.

RIDE Style: When it’s time to work, we work hard—and we always earn our rest. My motto is “Make yourself deserve your rest.” Every RIDE is a chance to push a little harder, grow a little stronger, and finish with pride.

Certifications: Cycling Fusion® L1; EMT Certified

Outside RIDE: I’m a full-time Dartmouth College student studying to become a doctor. When I’m not in class, you’ll find me in the mountains—running trails, biking, or rock climbing. I love grabbing coffee with friends, sewing winter hats, coaching spin at school, and planning my next big adventure. I’m always chasing new challenges and exploring what my body and mind are capable of.

“A bicycle ride around the world begins with a single pedal stroke” – Scott Stoll

For me, there is no better way to see the world than on a bike. Biking the beautiful rolling hills of NH and VT is one of my greatest pleasures and one of the reasons we have made VT our home. My goal has never been to be the fastest or the strongest rider, I simply bike for the love of all the places it takes me. Like you, I went to an indoor cycling class one day just to try it out. I enjoyed it so much I became certified and have been an indoor cycling instructor for the past ten years.

Reason I RIDE: Because it makes me feel alive! RIDE combines music with community with exercise, calorie burning, and heart health. Come join me in getting an endorphin fix!

RIDE style: In a single word, intervals. RIDE with me and you will spike up that heart rate and bring it back down again. No matter what your fitness level, we will find a balance that works for you. We will climb hills, sprint on flats, smile, and SWEAT!

Certifications: Cycling Fusion L1; Cycling Fusion L2 Heart Zones® Training; Cycling Fusion® L3 Power Training; CPR/AED certified; Past certs: KEISER m3 certified indoor cycling instructor; Mad Dogg Spinning®

Outside RIDE: My husband and I moved up here to the NEK from the suburbs of Boston five years ago. We have raised three children who are now living their adult lives, while we move into these empty nest years.  We have enjoyed amazing bike trips in Europe with friends. When home, I enjoy as much time as I can in my garden.  Aside from doing the “mom thing” for 21 years, I have been a high school mathematics teacher and am currently an adjunct community college statistics professor. My passion for teaching and cycling seem to collide here at RIDE!
