RIDEs are non-refundable but never expire.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: You’re busy, we get it. You will never be charged if you don’t show up because life got in the way. But if the class you booked has a waitlist, please be sure to cancel a MINIMUM of 8 hours in advance; if not, 1 RIDE will be deducted from your account, or Unlimited will be charged $10. You may (or may not) receive a waitlist reminder email, so please honor your bookings.
Kids are welcome to wait for you to work out if they are happy to hang out on our big, comfy couch while class is in session.
