Why RIDE?

Indoor cycling is the second-lowest impact exercise after swimming.

Ages 12+ • 4’10” to 7’ tall • max. 350lbs

This cardio workout doesn’t require coordination or experience. The flywheel of a spin bike means you should never coast, which forces your muscles to be constantly engaged. This makes it one of the best high-intensity workouts you can get. That said, we offer a GENTLE RIDE for beginners, so do not be afraid to start!


Indoor cycling will help you shed fat; build and maintain muscle; strengthen your heart; improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance; regenerate and remove cells through mitophagy and autophagy; renew and strengthen mitochondria to fight free radicals, boost energy, and fight aging; and increase endorphins, the feel-good brain chemical that makes you happy.

  • COMMUNITY It’s well established that a feeling of belonging to a group improves your mental health and increases your quality of life. When you cycle indoors regularly, it is easy to become friends with the other cyclists and the instructors. Conversations create positive energy. And if you don’t show up, you will be missed!

  • CONFIDENCE While it’s easy to cycle indoors and anyone can do it, as you become comfortable on the bike you can choose how much to challenge yourself. With every challenge, your confidence grows, which helps you meet daily demands more easily.

  • HAPPINESS In the same way that music provides a beat to dance to, the music in an indoor cycling class provides a beat to RIDE to. Your instructor chooses playlists that will have you naturally spinning to the beat. Close your eyes. Feel the beat. Get happy.
