RIDE provides indoor cycling classes in a welcoming studio free from intimidation on state-of-the-art bikes with certified instructors.

Just starting? Congrats for being here! Every RIDE 45 is suitable for your first ride to make you feel empowered on the bike and build strength. Stick with it and you’ll quickly gain the confidence and ability to jump in on more challenging efforts in the RIDE, all at your own pace. Book in to any RIDE, we’re here to help you.
